BIBLE - the Word of God is inspired (2 Timothy 3:16). God's Word will always be preserved (Psalms 119:89, Isaiah 40:8, Psalm 100:5). The King James Bible is the Word of God in the English language. Any translation in any language must be from the Messianic Text (Hebrew) and the Textus Receptus.
GOD - is one God (Duet 6:4) existing eternally (Hebrews 13:8) in three distinct persons (1 John 5:7), the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
JESUS CHRIST - is the eternal Son of God (Luke 1:35). He is wholly man and wholly God (Hebrews 4:15). He is eternally existent (Micah 5:2), but became flesh (John 1:14) through the virgin birth (Isaiah 7:14). He died on the cross for the sins of all mankind (1 John 2:2), was buried, and rose again the third day (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). He ascended into Heaven (Acts 1:11) and His return is imminent (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17).
HOLY SPIRIT - is the third person of the Godhead, co-equal and co-existent (Acts 5:3-4). He was given to reprove the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8-11). He is the Agent by which regeneration is possible (2 Corinthians 3:6) and indwells every believer (Ephesians 1:13-14).
MAN - is created in the image of God (Genesis 1:26) and thus accountable to God (Revelations 4:11, Colossians 1:16). Man was created in innocence but sinned and became a fallen creature (Genesis 3:6-7). This sin nature has been passed through all men (Romans 5:12) so that all are born spiritually dead (Ephesians 2:1) and without hope (Romans 3:23).
SALVATION - is the gift of God (Romans 6:23) to an underserving creation (Romans 5:8). It is attainable only through a relationship with Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12, John 1:12). No good work can merit salvation (Titus 3:5). Repentance and faith are inseparable obligations in salvation (Acts 20:21, Hebrews 6:1). Salvation is a one-time transaction and the believer is eternally secure (John 3:36).
CHURCH - is the local, called out assembly of baptized believers (Acts 2:41,47). Its purpose is the edification of its members (1 Cor 14:26), the execution of the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20), and contending for the truth (Jude 3). The church is an independent, autonomous organism answering only to its Head, the Lord Jesus Christ (Colossians 1:18). I reject the concept of the universal church before the rapture.
SEPARATION - is a two-fold issue. First, there is the call to separate from all forms of worldliness and ungodliness (Titus 2:12, Romans 12:2), and to separate from unbiblical
doctrine (Titus 1:9, 2 John 7-11). Secondly there is a call to separate to God (Romans 12:1).
